Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and goBOFU, operated from the Canary Islands, Spain, governing your use of gobofu.com and any services we provide to you.

2. Services

goBOFU provides bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) content services for SaaS companies, including but not limited to comparison pages, use case pages, glossary pages, calculators, and case studies. The specific scope of deliverables and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

3. Engagement & Payment

All projects require a written agreement, confirmed via email or a signed proposal, before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Late or outstanding payments may result in a pause of work until payment is received in full.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created for that project transfer to the Client. Until full payment is received, goBOFU retains all rights in the work product.

goBOFU retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide goBOFU with the necessary brand guidelines, product information, access to relevant resources, and timely feedback required to complete the agreed deliverables. Delays caused by the Client in providing required materials or feedback may result in extended project timelines, for which goBOFU shall not be held responsible.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be agreed upon in writing in advance before any additional work is undertaken.

7. Limitation of Liability

goBOFU does not guarantee any specific results from the content we produce, including but not limited to improvements in search engine rankings, website traffic, or revenue. Content is created to professional standards, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goBOFU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay goBOFU for all work completed up to the date of termination. goBOFU reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately in the event of non-payment or unreasonably difficult engagement conditions that prevent the professional delivery of services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canary Islands, Spain.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of gobofu.com or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
